Tutu's

The woman in my ward always talk about baby's and I love the baby talk since I don't have a baby of my own yet. I guess you could call it living vicariously through others story's. They talk about blankets, food, and clothes all the time but the more recent hot topic is TUTU'S!!! I decided instead of just listening to all of them talk about all the cute things that they make I wanted to make some myself, so I made some super cute tutu's for fun a little while ago. They were really easy pretty much the steps are:

1. Cut a strip of elastic (that looked about the size of a child's waste to me) and sewed it into a loop.

2. Cut 6X24 inch strip of tulle. ( My tulle is all leftover from my wedding, I have been wondering what to do with it.)

3. Fold tulle in half and tie in a knot or loop tie around the elastic, just continue doing until all the way around the elastic.

4. Embellish with flowers or bows as you please.

And that is it. It was so easy and turned out so cute!!
